Covid We take Covid very serious and we clean all rooms according the reccommendations of WHO. A hand sanetizer will be available. Also our cancellation policy due to Covid is flexible, which means if you, for whatever reason related to Covid, you are not able to come to Casa Luna on the booked dates, your deposit will be completely refunded except for transaction fees and you can rebook at any other time. Also we require that all guest to be vaccinated (which is b.t.w a requirement to come into Argentina at the first place)

Please read the following terms and conditions before sending your deposit or payment.


  • Sending payment acknowledges your agreement to the terms and conditions herein and constitutes a binding rental agreement.
  • 50% rental deposit required to confirm a reservation and hold your dates. Deposits can also be made by bank wire directly into our bank account in the USA, but you will have to pay all wire transfer fees. If you have a Wells Fargo account you may do a Direct Deposit without fees. Guests may also pay with Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express card via Paypal fee is 3 %. For Bank Transfers or wires, tenant is to pay all charges on your end and ours. 
  • All guest must be 21 years of age to rent, or 14 years of age to stay as a guest. All overnight guests must be pre-registered.
  • Balance 50% of the rental amount and a $350.00 security deposit per accommodation must be paid in full one month (30 days) prior to arrival. The security deposit will be returned shortly after your departure in the same way we received it.
  • Guest agrees to pay for repair or replacement of any damaged or missing property. If the cost exceeds the security deposit, you agree to pay for the excess cost.
  • Re-keying charge for lost keys. 
  • By making a rental deposit guest agrees to these policies and terms. Violating the policies and terms results in immediate termination of the agreement and guest must immediately vacate the premises.
  • With the deposit, guest must provide names and ages of all persons that will occupy the rental. Your passport must be presented on arrival.
  • Check-out prior to 10:00 AM. Please honor the check-out time so that the cleaning staff can prepare for the next guest.
  • Early check-in: Depending if the house is rented to another guest, we may have flexibility to adjust check-in time. Contact Us to make arrangements.
  • Late check-out: Some guests have evening flights. We recommend renting an additional night.
  • This is a 100% SMOKE FREE establishment.
  • No burning of candles allowed.
  • Apologies, we cannot accommodate pets of any kind.
  • In case of early cancellation, deposit and/or rental amount is refundable only if we can re-rent the same accommodation for the same time period. Owner will return your security deposit immediately upon receiving your cancellation notice.
  • No refunds for early departures.
  • If guest finds any item in the property not functioning properly, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to solve the problem as quickly as possible.


The Apartment OR Unit is delivered furnished and all features shall be reviewed during the Initial Walkthrough.
Only a limited number of local calls are allowed, all long distance and mobile phone calls shall be the responsibility of the TENANT or TENANTS.
