- Sending payment acknowledges your
agreement to the terms and conditions herein and constitutes a binding
rental agreement.
- 50% rental deposit required to confirm
a reservation and hold your dates. Deposits can also be made by bank
wire directly into our bank account in the USA, but you will have
to pay all wire transfer fees. Guests may also pay with Mastercard,
Visa, Discover, or American Express card via Paypal.com. Please add
4.9% fee to the rental amount if paying via Paypal.
- All guest must be 21 years of
age to rent, or 14 years of age to stay as a guest.
- Balance 50% of the rental amount
and a $300.00 security deposit per guest must be paid in full one
month (30 days) prior to arrival. The security deposit will be returned
shortly after we receive our next phone bill. Any long disance
calls shall be deducted from your security deposit.
- Guest agrees to pay for repair or
replacement of any damaged or missing property. If the cost exceeds
the security deposit, you agree to pay for the excess cost.
- By making a rental deposit guest agrees
to these policies and terms. Violating the policies and terms results
in immediate termination of the agreement and guest must immediately
vacate the apartment.
- With the deposit, guest must provide
names and ages of all persons that will
occupy the house. Photocopies of Passports are required of each guest.
Copies of Driver's Licenses for each adult (Please put both on one
page color copy). MUST be presented to enter.
- No children under the age of 14.
- Check-out prior to 11:00 AM. Please
honor the
check-out time so that the cleaning staff can prepare for the next
guest.
- Early check-in: Depending if the house
is rented to another guest, we may have flexibility to adjust check-in
time. Contact us to make arrangements.
- Late check-out: Some guests have evening
flights. We recommend renting an additional night.
- This is a 100% non-smoking establishment.
- No burning of candles allowed.
- We cannot accommodate pets of any
kind.
- In case of early cancellation, deposit
and/or rental amount is refundable only if we can re-rent the same
accomodation for the same time period. Owner will return your security
deposit immediately upon receiving your cancellation notice.
No refunds for early departures.
- Gift Certificates must be paid for
in full at the time of purchase. Value of certificate can be applied
to a reservation at any time. Gift Certificates do not expire and
we rely on the recipients to make a reservation at their convenience.
Certificate recipient is responsible
for posting the security deposit.
- If guest finds any item in the property
not functioning properly, please let us know as soon as possible and
we will do our best to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
